- Dispatch Time: Items typically ship within 2–3 business days after the order has been processed.
- Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a second email notification or WhatsApp containing your tracking number.

6. Damages & Issues
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact our support team at support@albelacart.com or 9376868667 within 24 hours of delivery with video & photos of the package so we can assist you with a claim.
