At Albelacart, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, because our items are shipped internationally from China, we have a specific and strict return process. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. 24-Hour Notification Window
Our return policy is strictly valid for 24 hours after the delivery of your item.
- If 24 hours have passed since the courier marked your package as “Delivered,” we unfortunately cannot accept any complaints, returns, or refund requests.
- The timestamp provided by the shipping carrier will be considered the final delivery time.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We do not offer “change of mind” returns or product exchanges. A return and subsequent refund will only be processed if:
- The product is delivered in a damaged condition.
- The wrong item was delivered (different model or color than ordered).
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect your purchase and validate your claim, a clear unboxing video is required. Without this video, we cannot initiate a return process.
- The Video Must Show: The unopened package, the shipping label clearly visible, and the continuous process of opening and inspecting the product.
- How to Submit: Send the unboxing video to us via WhatsApp at 9375868667 within the 24-hour delivery window.
4. How the Process Works
- Submit Claim: Send your unboxing video and order number to our WhatsApp support within 24 hours.
- Initial Review: Our team will review the video. If the damage or error is verified, we will provide you with instructions for the return shipment.
- Physical Inspection: Once the product is returned to our facility in Ahmedabad, it will be checked by our quality team to ensure it is in its original condition (with all tags/packaging) and matches the video.
- Refund Approval: Upon successful inspection, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
5. Refunds
- Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Account).
- Timeline: Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during a clearance or final sale are not eligible for returns.
6. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise stated by our support team, the customer may be responsible for shipping the item back to our local office in Ahmedabad for inspection.
