1. Business Overview

Albelacart (a brand of Advance Technologies) is an exclusive online retailer for bags. All orders placed on our website are fulfilled through our international partner warehouses located in China. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the specific shipping and return terms outlined below.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Origin of Shipment: All items are shipped directly from our international facility in China.
Delivery Timeline: Due to the nature of international transit and customs clearance, the estimated delivery time is 20 to 25 days from the date of order.
Tracking: Customers will receive updates on their shipment status from processing to final delivery. Tracking details can be found under My Account -> Orders or by sending your Order ID to our WhatsApp support at 9375868667.
Carrier Liability: While we partner with reputed courier agencies, Advance Technologies is not liable for delays caused by postal authorities or customs clearance but guarantees the dispatch of goods from the origin warehouse.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

We maintain a strict return policy to keep our prices competitive while ensuring product quality.

24-Hour Reporting Window: Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since the delivery of your item (as per the courier’s timestamp), we cannot accept any complaints, returns, or refund requests.
No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any items.
Valid Reasons for Return: Returns and refunds are only processed if:
1. The product is delivered in a damaged condition.
2. An incorrect item (wrong color/model) was delivered.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To qualify for a return or refund, the customer must record a clear unboxing video.

The video must show the package from all sides before opening, the shipping label, and the actual opening process showing the defect or wrong item.
Submission: This video must be sent to us via WhatsApp (9375868667) within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to provide a clear unboxing video within the timeframe will result in the immediate rejection of the claim.

5. Refund Process

Verification: Once your return is received at our Ahmedabad office and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary. If issues persist, contact us at support@albelacart.com.

6. Damaged Packaging

If you notice the outer packaging is severely tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Care immediately at support@albelacart.com with your order reference number.
