- Origin of Shipment: All items are shipped directly from our international facility in China.
- Delivery Timeline: Due to the nature of international transit and customs clearance, the estimated delivery time is 20 to 25 days from the date of order.

- 24-Hour Reporting Window: Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since the delivery of your item (as per the courier’s timestamp), we cannot accept any complaints, returns, or refund requests.
