3 Pricing & Payment Gateways

All prices displayed on Albela Cart are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Albela Cart operates on a direct-to-consumer fulfillment workflow, sourcing trending products directly from global manufacturing hubs to eliminate middlemen expenses and pass genuine savings to our customers.

Customers must provide complete and accurate recipient details, including valid contact numbers and postal pincodes.

5 Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

We stand behind product quality. If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Notify our customer team within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that the complaint window will strictly close after 24 hours of delivery.
• Unboxing photographs or a short video demonstrating the issue must be provided alongside your notification.
• Returned products must remain unused, unworn, and preserved in their original protective packaging.
• Approved refunds are credited back to the original source account within 5 to 7 working days.

6 Intellectual Property Rights
